   مهما، بصرف النظر عن

   管 يعني أن تكون مسؤولًا عن الشيء أو معنيًّا به، وقد نُفي هنا: أي «لا يُبالي» بأيّ جوابٍ تعطيه أداة الاستفهام أو الاحتمالات المطروحة: 不管天气怎么样 و不管你去不去. وتُختَم الجملة التي يفتتحها دائمًا بـ都 أو 也: فالشرط يُطرَح جانبًا لا يُثبَت.
