道, dire à voix haute — le même 道 que dans 道谢, exprimer sa gratitude — placé devant 歉, le regret de 抱歉. Là où 抱歉 nomme le sentiment, 道歉 en est l’acte qui suit : 向他道歉, lui présenter des excuses, 向 marquant qui les reçoit.
