   مالح

   طعم الملح، وهو النقيض لـ甜، وواحدٌ من كلمات الطعم القليلة التي تُعامَل معاملة الصفة الأساسيّة: 太咸了 و有点儿咸. وكان 咸 يعني أصلًا «الجميع» لا صلة له بالطعم، فمنحه التبسيط وظيفة 鹹 الأعقد شكلًا.
