Mock examinations
Mock-test distribution to a whole cohort
Send the same timed mock to twenty-four learners at once and get the results as they finish. The timer runs on the server, so a refresh does not buy anyone more time, and listening audio follows the play-count rules configured for that paper.

Billing
Seat-based billing, invoiced to the institution
Seats are billed to the organisation, never to the learner. A seat is a learner enrolled in a class; unassigning frees the seat at the next billing period. From €4 per learner a month with a minimum of 10 seats, and volume terms above that.

How a term normally starts
A pilot cohort, not a purchase order
One class, one teacher, one term, at no cost. If it does not change what you do on Monday, there is nothing to cancel.
Placement, once, for everyone
Every learner sits the adaptive placement test in their first session. You get a level distribution for the cohort before you have taught a lesson.
Assign the first two weeks
A deck and a lesson per week, a mini diagnostic at the end. Completion and accuracy tell you who is quietly not doing it.
Read the first weakness report
Reteach from the cohort report rather than from the syllabus, then distribute a full mock before the real examination window opens.
Privacy
What we will not do with your learners
A teacher does not read a learner’s tutor conversations
Teachers see completion, accuracy, weakness reports and submissions. AI-tutor transcripts and personal notes belong to the learner.
Voice recordings are still discarded by default
Institutional enrolment does not change the recording default. Analysis happens, the audio is discarded, and only scores are kept unless the learner opts in.
No advertising, no data sale, no profiling for marketing
Learner data is processed to run the service and to produce the reports you asked for. Nothing is sold or shared with an advertising network.
Learners under 18 are named to their school only
Testimonials, case studies and public content never name a learner under 18, and a school cannot publish a learner’s results through the platform.
Leaving is a supported operation
At the end of a contract you export everything, learners keep their personal accounts and progress, and the organisation record is deleted on request.
Frequently asked questions
Do learners need their own account?
Yes, and it belongs to them. A learner joins a class with an invite code from an account they already have or create themselves, keeps their progress if they leave the class, and takes their data with them when the contract ends. The seat is the institution’s; the account is not.
Can we use our own syllabus rather than an examination track?
Yes. A class is attached to a curriculum track, but assignments are free-form: your own decks, selected lessons and stories, and custom checklists. Schools teaching a general Mandarin course usually pick the exam-independent track and assign around it.
How is a seat counted?
A seat is a learner enrolled in at least one active class in your organisation. Enrolling a learner takes a seat immediately; unassigning them frees it at the next billing period. Seat usage is visible in the organisation screen before the invoice is issued.
Can we distribute a mock examination on a fixed date?
Yes. A mock is distributed to a class with a window and a mode. In timed mode the clock runs on the server and audio follows the play-count rules configured for that paper, so the conditions are the same for every learner regardless of their device.
Is the practice material official?
No. All practice material on the platform is written for HSK Guide and is unofficial. HSK Guide is independent of Chinese Testing International and of the official HSK examination authorities, does not reproduce past papers, and labels every mock examination accordingly.
What about data protection for minors?
Where a school enrols learners under 18, the school is the controller for the learning records it asks us to process and we act as processor under a written agreement. Tutor transcripts and personal notes are not exposed to teachers, voice recordings remain discarded by default, and no learner under 18 is ever named in public content.
