   How someone comes across in dealing with a person or a task — patient or impatient, serious or careless. It is judged from behaviour, not stated as an opinion: 他的态度很好 describes how he acted, not what he thinks.

  Correct我不喜欢他对这件事的态度。

  The thing an attitude is directed at is marked with 对, placed before 态度 inside the phrase — it cannot trail after 态度 the way an English "about" phrase can.
